    What is SGbusinessHub? SGbusinessHub is an online business networking platform own and manage by SG Business Hub Pte Ltd. The site allows any subscribed members to upload newsletters and video clips to market their products or services, find business partners, and attract investors. The platform has more than 10,000 subscribed members from 4,500+ foreign and local companies with current or prior business presence in Singapore, spanning 44 industrial sectors from 64 countries. Who can join SGbusinessHub? Entrepreneurs, businesses, and professionals looking to market their offerings, find business partners, or attract investors can join our platform. It is free of charge to be a subscribing members by just filling up a questionnaire form. Members will receive quarterly email update on newsletters and video clips posted by advertisers and they can also browse them online.
  • Who are advertisers? Who can post their own newsletter or video clips?
    Paying members are called advertisers and are entitled to upload unlimited times their marketing newsletters or video clips. Currently, there is a promotional one-off upfront entry price of $39 SGD for advertisers who want to upload their business or company's newsletter/video clips. They are entitled to unlimited times to upload their marketing materials and can chose to leave their means of contact. Advertisers can also opt to DIY or paying higher premium for our inhouse newsletter crafting services and video clips production.
  • Uploading Content
    How do I upload a newsletter or video clip? After making payment for advertiser’s fee, you will be given access to log in and upload your newsletter and video clips by clicking the 'Upload Newsletter' icon, select the type of content you want to upload (newsletter or video clip) and follow the prompts to complete the upload. What are the requirements for uploading content? Newsletters should be in PDF format, and video clips should be in MP4 format. Each file should not exceed 100MB in size. Can I edit or delete my uploaded content? Yes, you can edit or delete your content from the 'My Content' section in your account.

    What services does the in-house marketing production team offer? Our in-house team provides professional newsletter and video clip production services, including design, writing, editing, and video editing. How do I request marketing production services? You can request our services by contacting our support team through WhatsApp’s messaging or fill up the 'Talk to Us” form and leave us a message and your contacts. We will follow-up from there. What is the turnaround time for production services? The turnaround time depends on the complexity of the project. Typically, newsletters take 3-5 business days, and video clips take 7-10 business days.

    How can I find business partners and investors on the platform? Use our advanced search and networking features to find potential business partners and investors. You can also participate in our online events and forums. How do I contact potential partners or investors? You can contact potential partners or investors through our messaging system or by scheduling a meeting using our built-in calendar feature.
  • Account Management
    How do I update my account information? Go to the 'Account Settings' section in your dashboard to update your personal and business information. What should I do if I forget my password? Use the 'Forgot Password' link on the login page to reset your password. An email with reset instructions will be sent to your registered email address. How do I cancel my subscription? You can cancel your subscription from the 'Subscription' section in your account settings. Note that cancellations will be effective at the end of the current billing cycle.
